How do I hire an iOS developer at Develak?
Send us a message with the form on this page (topic “New app project”) or write to contact@develak.com. Describe what your app should do and for whom: we reply personally with questions or a first opinion, then a written proposal with scope, milestones and cost.
How much does it cost to build an iOS app with Develak?
It depends on the scope: the number of screens and features, whether you need a backend, subscriptions, languages and design work. We don't publish fixed prices. After a first exchange you receive a written estimate, so you know the cost before anything starts.
Can I share my app idea confidentially?
Yes. Messages sent through this form are stored privately and read only by the Develak team, as described in our privacy policy. If you need a non-disclosure agreement before sharing details, say so in your first message.
Can you work with clients anywhere in the world?
Yes. Develak works remotely with clients worldwide, in English and in French. We talk over video calls, and you test your app on your own iPhone through TestFlight.
I have a problem with one of your apps. What should I do?
Open your app's support page in the list above: it answers common questions and has a contact form that tells us which app you use. Include your device, your iOS version and the app's version. You can also write to contact@develak.com.
How do I cancel a subscription or ask for a refund?
Subscriptions to our apps are billed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com: Apple handles refund requests, and developers cannot issue refunds themselves.
Can you take over an existing iOS app?
Often, yes. We first review the existing code and its App Store setup, then propose a plan: fixes, updates for the latest iOS, new features. See our app maintenance service.
