ApexLap Support

Make sure Location Services are enabled for ApexLap in Settings, and that you are outdoors with a clear view of the sky, since lap detection relies on your iPhone’s location.

Accuracy depends on your iPhone’s GPS signal. If you use an external 10 Hz GPS receiver with “Apex Pro”, check that it is paired and connected before starting your session.

Purchases are processed by Apple, so you can restore “Apex Pro” from within the app using the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

Video overlay export is part of “Apex Pro”. Check that “Apex Pro” is active and that you have enough free storage on your device before exporting.

OBD-II support is part of “Apex Pro”. Confirm your OBD-II adapter is powered, within Bluetooth range, and compatible with your vehicle before starting a session.

The latest version is 1.0, released on July 8, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to ApexLap. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose ApexLap to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple.

In ApexLap, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app also removes the data stored on that device.
