Develak is an independent iOS app studio. We design, build and publish native apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac in Swift and SwiftUI: 34 of our own on the App Store since 2025, and apps for clients worldwide.
Who we are
A studio you can check on the App Store
Develak publishes its own apps. Since 2025, the studio has designed, built, localized and released 34 apps on the App Store under its own name: health trackers such as Pillio and Seizly, sports logs such as ApexLap and Cragly, hobby journals such as Corkwell and Bonsaiku, utilities such as dB Meter Pro, and 2 Mac tools for developers.
Every one of them is written in Swift and ships in up to 44 languages, and we keep updating them after launch. It is the same work we do for clients: native iPhone, iPad and Mac apps, from the first sketch to the App Store, and through the years that follow.
Develak is an independent studio: the people you talk to are the people who design and build the apps. We work remotely with clients around the world, in English and in French.

Native only
We build with Apple's own tools: Swift, SwiftUI, SwiftData, CloudKit and StoreKit. Apps feel at home on iPhone, get new iOS features on day one and stay fast and accessible. No cross-platform layer in between.

Privacy by design
Most of our apps need no account. Data stays on the device and syncs through the user's own private iCloud. Every app has its own privacy page.

Localization first
Our apps and their App Store pages ship in up to 44 languages. We work with String Catalogs from the first screen, and we built our own Mac tool, Xlocalize, to translate them.

What is Develak?

Who publishes the Develak apps?
Develak designs, builds and publishes every one of its apps itself, and keeps updating them after launch. The publisher's legal details, including the seller name shown on the App Store, are in our legal notice.

Does Develak build apps for other companies?
Yes. Develak builds custom iOS apps for founders and companies: iOS app development, app design, MVP development, App Store Optimization, localization and maintenance. We work remotely with clients worldwide, in English and in French.
Why does Develak only build native iOS apps?
Because Swift and SwiftUI give the best result on Apple devices: new iOS features on day one, smooth performance, full accessibility and fewer moving parts to maintain over the years. Focusing on one platform is also how an independent studio stays excellent at it.
How does Develak protect the privacy of app users?
Most Develak apps work without an account: data stays on the device and, when the user turns on sync, travels through their own private iCloud. Each app has its own privacy page, and our privacy policy covers all of them.
