In depth
A DBT diary card is a daily record of emotions, urges, skills used, and notes that people practicing Dialectical Behavior Therapy bring to their therapy sessions. Skillwise turns this into a quick daily entry you can complete in under a minute.
Your full history stays available in the app, so you and your therapist can look back over the week or longer.
Your entries stay on your device and sync only through your own encrypted iCloud. Skillwise does not require an account, and it does not use analytics, ads, or sell data.
A biometric app lock with Face ID or Touch ID adds another layer of protection, and you can delete everything in one tap.
“Skillwise Pro” adds a “Therapist PDF report” that formats your week’s diary card to bring to your session, guided chain analysis covering trigger, vulnerabilities, links, behavior, and consequences, and extended skill guides.
It also adds trends that describe your emotions, urges, and most-helpful skills over time, without diagnosing anything.
