Skillwise Support

Check that Face ID or Touch ID is enabled for Skillwise in Settings, Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode), and that the biometric lock option is turned on inside the app.

Make sure iCloud is signed in and enabled for Skillwise on each device, and that you have an internet connection for the sync to complete.

Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to purchase, then use the restore option in the app’s settings.

After you export, use the share sheet to save the CSV file to Files, send it by email, or open it in another app.

Open the app’s settings and adjust the reminder option there; you can turn reminders on, off, or change their timing.

The latest version is 1.0, released on August 17, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Skillwise. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Skillwise to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple.

In Skillwise, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. To remove the copy kept in iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, select Skillwise and delete its data.
