Appviary is a native Mac app that brings together everything App Store Connect shows you app by app, so you can see your whole portfolio at once. Sales, downloads, proceeds, subscriptions, and reviews sit side by side for every app you ship, from today’s numbers to any custom range.

How does Appviary keep your App Store Connect data private?
Appviary stores your App Store Connect API key in your Mac’s Keychain, not on a server. Your data connects straight from your Mac to App Store Connect, with no tracking involved.
You can also explore the app in “Try as guest” demo mode before connecting any account, so you can see how the portfolio dashboard works first.
How does Appviary calculate MRR and churn for your subscriptions?
Appviary calculates monthly recurring revenue from each plan’s price and billing period, so a single large annual renewal does not distort the number. Churn is measured over the period your data actually covers, and active subscriptions include people on promotional offers, offer codes, and win-back offers.
Period-over-period comparisons are hidden whenever there is no earlier data to compare against, instead of showing a misleading jump.

- Complete history: the "Last year" and "All time" ranges now fill in reliably — a report Apple failed to deliver can no longer leave a permanent gap in your charts.
- Numbers that line up with App Store Connect: Mac in-app purchases now count as In-App instead of Downloads, redownloads no longer inflate Downloads, and refunds no longer reduce your unit counts.
- Every subscriber counted: active subscriptions now include people on promotional offers, offer codes and win-back offers.
- Real MRR: monthly recurring revenue is calculated from each plan’s price and billing period, so a large annual renewal no longer distorts it — and churn is measured over the period your data actually covers.
- Honest comparisons: period-over-period changes are hidden when there is no earlier data to compare against, instead of showing a misleading jump.
