Check that the API key you entered has the right permissions in App Store Connect, then re-enter it in Appviary’s settings if the connection still fails.

Version 1.3 changed how some figures are counted: Mac in-app purchases now appear under “In-App” instead of “Downloads”, redownloads no longer inflate your download count, and refunds no longer reduce your unit counts.

Appviary hides period-over-period comparisons when there is no earlier data to compare against, rather than showing a misleading jump.

Your API key is stored in your Mac’s Keychain and never sent to a server, so you only need to enter it once per account.

Since Appviary is distributed through the App Store, use the App Store’s restore purchases option while signed in with the same Apple account you used to buy it.

The latest version is 1.3, released on August 22, 2026. To update, open the App Store on your Mac and click Updates in the sidebar. You can turn on automatic updates in the App Store settings.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your Mac, open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings; next to Subscriptions, click Manage and choose Appviary. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple.

Use the export option in Appviary (PDF or CSV, depending on the feature), then choose where to send the file: Mail, AirDrop, Files… The file is created on your device; nothing goes through our servers.

In Appviary, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available, then move the app from the Applications folder to the Trash.
