What is Turfwise?
Turfwise is a lawn care app that starts from agronomy instead of a shopping list. Tell it your grass species and location, and it builds a dated season program from your climate zone, hemisphere, and soil temperature.
You log whatever product you already own, any brand or analysis, and Turfwise calculates the dose, checks the forecast, and reminds you when today is the day to apply.

Every other lawn app is selling something: a bag of fertilizer, a soil-test kit, or a crew in a truck. Turfwise sells none of those. It builds your season program from agronomy — grass species, climate zone, soil temperature — then lets you log whatever product you actually own, any brand, any analysis.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. How does the dose calculator work in Turfwise?
You enter your measured area and a target rate, and Turfwise gives you the exact amount to put down, in pounds of nitrogen per 1,000 square feet, gallons, ounces, or bags, or in grams of nitrogen per square meter, liters, and kilograms. There is no map tool to measure your lawn for you, so you type the area yourself.
The calculator also warns you before an over-application, so you can catch a mistake before it burns your lawn.
