Doughwell Support

Check that notifications are allowed for Doughwell in the iOS Settings app, under Notifications, and that reminders are turned on inside Doughwell itself.

iCloud sync is a Doughwell Pro feature, so make sure Pro is unlocked and that iCloud is signed in and enabled for Doughwell in your device settings.

Open Doughwell, go to the Pro upgrade screen, and use the restore purchases option so your Apple ID purchase is recognized on the new device.

Doughwell needs camera or photo library permission to save rise photos, so check that access is allowed for Doughwell under Privacy settings in the iOS Settings app.

Home Screen widgets are a Doughwell Pro feature, so confirm Pro is unlocked, then add the widget again from the Home Screen editing menu.

The latest version is 1.0, released on June 17, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Doughwell. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Doughwell to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple.

In Doughwell, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. To remove the copy kept in iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, select Doughwell and delete its data.
