Cogbook Support

Check that Cogbook has permission to read distance data in the Health app under Settings, then confirm the correct bike is linked to that data source.

Open Cogbook’s purchase or settings screen and choose the “Restore Purchases” option, signed in with the same Apple account used for the original purchase.

Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple account and have iCloud enabled for Cogbook, then check your internet connection.

Open the bike or garage you want to export and choose the CSV or PDF export option, available with “Cogbook Pro”.

Check that notifications are allowed for Cogbook in Settings, and confirm the reminder is set with a distance, hours, or calendar trigger for that component.

The latest version is 1.0, released on July 2, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Cogbook. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Cogbook to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple.

Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Cogbook (or, in the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps) and turn on the data types you want to share. Cogbook only reads or writes what you allow, and you can change it at any time.

In Cogbook, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. To remove the copy kept in iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, select Cogbook and delete its data.
