Corkwell Support

Corkwell syncs through your own iCloud account, so check that you are signed in to the same account on both devices in Settings and that iCloud has a working connection.

Purchases are processed through your Apple account, so signing in with the same Apple account and using the restore option in the app should bring Corkwell Pro back.

Corkwell shows you what it understood from your file before anything is saved, so check that screen and correct any column it got wrong before confirming the import.

Drinking windows across the whole cellar are part of Corkwell Pro; without it, only limited estimates are shown.

Make sure the widget has been added from the widget gallery and that Corkwell has been opened at least once so it has data to show.

The latest version is 1.0, released on September 5, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Corkwell. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Corkwell to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple.

Open Settings › Notifications › Corkwell and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Then check that a Focus mode or the Scheduled Summary is not holding them back, and that the reminder is turned on in Corkwell. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so they work without an internet connection.

Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera (or Photos) and turn on Corkwell. The pictures you attach stay in the app and are never sent to us.

In Corkwell, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. To remove the copy kept in iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, select Corkwell and delete its data.
