Seizly Support

Check that notifications for Seizly are turned on in the Settings app, since reminders rely on system notifications.

Sign in to the same Apple Account and iCloud you used before, and your encrypted journal will sync back automatically.

Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and have iCloud enabled for Seizly, then give sync a moment to complete.

Open Seizly’s settings and use the restore purchases option, signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Open Seizly’s settings and use the delete-everything option, which removes your entire journal in a single tap.

Home Screen widgets are part of Seizly Pro, so make sure Pro is active before adding one.

The latest version is 1.1, released on August 27, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Seizly. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Seizly to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple.

Check the following:

• all your devices are signed in to the same Apple Account;
• iCloud is turned on for Seizly in Settings › [your name] › iCloud, and in the app’s own settings if it has a sync switch;
• your iCloud storage is not full;
• each device is online: open Seizly on both and give it a minute.

Sync runs in the background, so Low Power Mode or a weak connection can delay it.

Use the export option in Seizly (PDF or CSV, depending on the feature), then choose where to send the file: Mail, AirDrop, Files… The file is created on your device; nothing goes through our servers.
