## Fix common XC Log issues
### Why isn’t my IGC track importing into XC Log?
Update to the latest version first: IGC import now accepts files from XCTrack, Skytraxx, Flytec, Flymaster, and XContest downloads and handles more vario quirks. If a file still fails, XC Log names the specific file and the reason instead of a single vague message.
### How do I restore my XC Log Pro purchase on a new device?
Open XC Log settings and use the restore purchases option while signed in with the same Apple account you used to buy Pro.
### Why isn’t my logbook syncing between my iPhone and iPad?
