Turn on iCloud sync in Vialora’s settings on each device, and make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled. ### How do you restore Vialora Pro after reinstalling the app? Open Vialora, go to the Pro section, and use the restore purchases option to reapply your subscription or lifetime purchase to the new installation. ### Why doesn’t your entry appear after you added it? Vialora saves drafts automatically, so check your injection or lab entry list first to confirm the entry is already there before adding it again. ### How do you connect Apple Health to Vialora? Go to Vialora’s settings and choose to connect Apple Health. This step is optional and only happens if you turn it on. ### How do you manage or cancel a Vialora Pro subscription? Open your Apple Account settings, go to subscriptions, and manage or cancel Vialora Pro from there. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal. ### What is the latest version of Vialora, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.0.0, released on August 3, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Vialora. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### Vialora does not sync between my devices. What can I do? Check the following: - all your devices are signed in to the same Apple Account; - iCloud is turned on for Vialora in Settings › [your name] › iCloud, and in the app’s own settings if it has a sync switch; - your iCloud storage is not full; - each device is online: open Vialora on both and give it a minute. Sync runs in the background, so Low Power Mode or a weak connection can delay it. ### How do I export my data from Vialora? Use the export option in Vialora (PDF or CSV, depending on the feature), then choose where to send the file: Mail, AirDrop, Files… The file is created on your device; nothing goes through our servers. ### How do I delete my data? In Vialora, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. To remove the copy kept in iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, select Vialora and delete its data. ### Can I suggest a feature for Vialora? Please do.
