TenRing uses iCloud sync to keep your history safe across devices, so make sure iCloud is signed in and enabled for TenRing in your iPhone or iPad’s Settings app. ### How do I restore TenRing Pro after reinstalling the app? Since purchases are processed through your Apple ID account, reinstalling TenRing and signing in with the same Apple ID should restore your subscription or lifetime purchase. ### How do I export my scores as a CSV file? Open your score history in TenRing and use the CSV export option to save all of your data at any time. ### Why can’t I see another archer’s sessions in the coach space? Multi-archer scoring and the coach and club space are part of “TenRing Pro”, so make sure your subscription or lifetime purchase is active to see every archer’s sessions. ### How do I cancel my TenRing Pro subscription? You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal. ### What is the latest version of TenRing, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.0, released on July 3, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to TenRing. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I delete my data? In TenRing, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device.
