Open Settings, go to Notifications, find SimplyTask, and make sure notifications are allowed for the app. Also check that Do Not Disturb or Focus modes on your iPhone are not silencing alerts. ### How do I restore in-app purchases in SimplyTask? Look for a restore purchases option in the app’s settings, then confirm with the Apple account you originally used for the in-app purchase. ### Why did my “Focus Mode” session stop unexpectedly? Make sure your iPhone is not set to lock or go to sleep too quickly while a session is running, since a locked screen can interrupt an active timer. ### Can I change how often a recurring task repeats? Yes. Open the recurring task and adjust its repeat setting to daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. ### Why can’t I see today’s tasks in the timeline? Check that the task has a due date set and that you are viewing the correct day, since tasks without a due date may appear in a separate list. ### What is the latest version of SimplyTask, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.9, released on June 6, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to SimplyTask. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose SimplyTask to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple. ### How do I delete my data? In SimplyTask, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available.
