## Fix common Ratewell issues
### Why isn’t Ratewell picking up my watch’s ticking?
Hold the watch closer to your iPhone’s microphone and move to a quieter spot, then check that Ratewell has microphone access under Settings, Privacy & Security, Microphone.
### How do I restore my "Ratewell Pro" purchase on a new iPhone?
Open Ratewell, go to the purchase or settings screen, and use the restore option while signed in with the same Apple account used for the original purchase.
### How do I turn on iCloud sync in Ratewell?
Make sure iCloud is turned on for your Apple account in Settings, then enable sync inside Ratewell; this feature is part of "Ratewell Pro".

Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone and turn on Ratewell. Audio is analyzed on your device in real time and is never sent to us.
### How do I let Ratewell use the camera or my photos?
Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera (or Photos) and turn on Ratewell. The pictures you attach stay in the app and are never sent to us.
### How do I delete my data?
In Ratewell, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. To remove the copy kept in iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, select Ratewell and delete its data.
