Check that notifications for Pulse Focus are enabled in the Settings app under Notifications, and make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus modes on your iPhone aren’t silencing alerts. ### Why does the timer seem off after Pulse Focus was in the background? Pulse Focus is designed to keep counting accurately in the background, so make sure the app has permission to run in the background and that your iPhone isn’t in Low Power Mode, which can affect background activity. ### Why can’t you export your focus data to CSV or JSON? Exporting requires Pulse Focus Pro, so confirm your purchase is active, and check that you have enough storage and that Pulse Focus has permission to save or share files on your device. ### How do you restore Pulse Focus Pro after reinstalling the app or switching devices? Open Pulse Focus, go to the purchase or subscription screen and use the restore purchases option, signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. ### Why isn’t your forest growing after completing a session? The growing forest is part of Pulse Focus Pro, so make sure your purchase is active if you expect to see new trees added after each completed focus session. ### Why can’t you access all themes or ambient sounds? Some themes and the rain and ocean sounds are part of Pulse Focus Pro, so check that your purchase is active if these options appear locked. ### What is the latest version of Pulse Focus, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.1, released on June 14, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Pulse Focus. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Pulse Focus to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple. ### How do I delete my data? In Pulse Focus, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available.
