Go to “Settings › Notifications” inside Pillio and send a test notification to check that reminders reach your device without creating a placeholder medication. A recent update also fixed an issue where reminders could stop being scheduled entirely. ### How do I check that notifications are enabled for Pillio? Open the iOS Settings app, go to Pillio, and confirm notifications are turned on, then use the test notification option inside Pillio’s “Settings › Notifications” to verify delivery. ### How can I tell if iCloud sync is actually working? Check the iCloud sync status shown in Pillio’s “Settings,” which indicates at a glance whether your data is really being saved to iCloud. ### Why does confirming a dose ask me for a photo? Photo confirmation was added so that confirming a dose includes a photo of the medication, and missed-dose reminders continue until you confirm. ### How do I generate a PDF report of my medication history? Use the export option in Pillio to generate a PDF report of your logged doses, ready to share at a doctor’s appointment. ### How do I restore my subscription after reinstalling Pillio? Subscriptions are processed by Apple, so restoring your purchase is handled through your Apple account settings after reinstalling the app. ### What is the latest version of Pillio, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.6.0, released on August 10, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Pillio.
