Open Hivey’s settings and look for a restore purchases option, then sign in with the same Apple account you used originally so your purchase is recognized. ### Why isn’t iCloud sync updating my records across devices? Check that iCloud is turned on for Hivey in your iPhone’s Settings app under your Apple account, and that both devices are signed in with the same Apple account and connected to the internet. ### How do I export my hive records to CSV or PDF? Open the hive or apiary you want to export from within Hivey and choose the export option to generate a CSV or PDF file, or use the backup option to save everything to a single file. ### Why am I not receiving varroa alert notifications? Make sure notifications are enabled for Hivey in your iPhone’s Settings app, and confirm that you have set an alert threshold for the colony you want to monitor. ### Why don’t I see the seasonal calendar for my climate zone? Check that you have set your apiary’s location on the map within Hivey, since the seasonal calendar and its guidance are tuned to the climate zone associated with each yard. ### What is the latest version of Hivey, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.0, released on June 23, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Hivey. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Hivey to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple. ### How do I let Hivey use the camera or my photos? Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera (or Photos) and turn on Hivey. The pictures you attach stay in the app and are never sent to us. ### How do I delete my data? In Hivey, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. To remove the copy kept in iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, select Hivey and delete its data. ### Can I suggest a feature for Hivey? Please do.
