Open Settings in Goutly to see whether iCloud syncing is really on and when it last ran. Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and connected to the internet. ### How do I correct or delete a hydration entry? In your journal, tap a drink entry to correct its amount, or swipe it to delete it. Apple Health updates to match. ### How do I import my own food list? In the food section, choose to import a CSV file instead of typing foods in one by one. You can export your list at any time. ### How do I restore Goutly Pro after reinstalling the app? Open Settings in Goutly and use the option to restore your purchase. You will need to be signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. ### Why aren’t my hydration reminders showing up? Check that notifications are allowed for Goutly in the iOS Settings app, and confirm your reminder times are set the way you want in Goutly’s own settings. ### Why is the location permission message showing in the wrong language? The location permission message is now translated in every language Goutly supports, so update to the latest version if you still see it in English. ### What is the latest version of Goutly, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.1, released on August 5, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Goutly. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I give Goutly access to Apple Health? Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Goutly (or, in the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps) and turn on the data types you want to share. Goutly only reads or writes what you allow, and you can change it at any time. ### How do I export my data from Goutly? Use the export option in Goutly (PDF or CSV, depending on the feature), then choose where to send the file: Mail, AirDrop, Files… The file is created on your device; nothing goes through our servers. ### Can I suggest a feature for Goutly?
