Make sure Feltbook has permission to show Live Activities: open Settings, find Feltbook, and check that Live Activities are turned on, then start a new session. ### Why aren’t my sessions syncing between my iPhone and iPad? Confirm that both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud is enabled for Feltbook in Settings, then give sync a moment to complete over Wi-Fi or cellular. ### How do I restore my “Feltbook Pro” purchase on a new device? Open Feltbook’s purchase screen and use the restore purchases option while signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy “Feltbook Pro”. ### How do I export my sessions as CSV or PDF? Go to the export option in Feltbook and choose CSV or PDF; CSV export is available on the free plan, and PDF export is part of “Feltbook Pro”. ### Why can’t I see advanced analytics or add a second bankroll? Features like variance, leak detection, filters, year-over-year trends and multiple bankrolls are part of “Feltbook Pro”, so check your subscription status if they’re greyed out. ### What is the latest version of Feltbook, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.0.1, released on July 15, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Feltbook. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Feltbook to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple. ### How do I give Feltbook access to Apple Health? Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Feltbook (or, in the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps) and turn on the data types you want to share. Feltbook only reads or writes what you allow, and you can change it at any time. ### How do I let Feltbook use the camera or my photos? Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera (or Photos) and turn on Feltbook. The pictures you attach stay in the app and are never sent to us. ### How do I delete my data? In Feltbook, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device.
