Check that iCloud is turned on for Cragly in your iPhone’s “Settings” app and that all your devices are signed in to the same Apple Account with an internet connection. ### How do I export my climbing data? Use “CSV export” in Cragly to export your logged climbs at any time. ### How do I restore my “Cragly Pro” purchase on a new device? Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to purchase “Cragly Pro”, then use the restore purchases option in the app. ### What happens to my logged climbs if I am offline at the crag? Your attempts and sends are saved on your device and sync automatically to iCloud once you regain a signal. ### How do I cancel my “Cragly Pro” subscription? Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal. ### What is the latest version of Cragly, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.0, released on July 16, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Cragly. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I delete my data? In Cragly, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. To remove the copy kept in iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, select Cragly and delete its data. ### Can I suggest a feature for Cragly? Please do.
