Check that iCloud is signed in and enabled for Cone6 in Settings on both devices, and confirm you have an internet connection so sync can complete. ### How do I restore my “Cone6 Pro” purchase on a new device? Sign in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase, then use the restore option in Cone6 to unlock Pro features again. ### Why can’t I see photos I added to a test tile or piece? Make sure Cone6 has permission to access your photo library in Settings, then reopen the recipe or piece to reload its images. ### How do I export my “year in clay” as a PDF or CSV? Open the “year in clay” recap inside Cone6 and choose the export option to save it as a PDF or CSV file. ### What happens to my data if I cancel “Cone6 Pro”? Your recipes, firings and pieces stay synced and backed up for free. Only the Pro-only tools such as the batch calculator and analytics become unavailable. ### What is the latest version of Cone6, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.0, released on June 30, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Cone6. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I delete my data? In Cone6, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available.
