Check that your sensor is paired in your device’s Bluetooth settings and that Cedary has permission to use Bluetooth, then confirm Cedary Pro is active since live hygrometer readings are a Pro feature. ### Why doesn’t my cellar sync between my iPhone and iPad? Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and have iCloud enabled, since Cedary syncs your cellar and tasting journal privately through your personal iCloud. ### How do I export my cellar as a CSV file? Use the CSV export option inside Cedary to export your entire cellar and tasting journal; this feature is part of Cedary Pro. ### How do I restore Cedary Pro after reinstalling the app? Use the restore purchases option in Cedary while signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy Cedary Pro. ### Why can’t I see an aging window for one of my cigars? Aging windows require Cedary Pro and depend on the vitola and wrapper you’ve logged for that cigar, so make sure both details are filled in and that Pro is active. ### What is the latest version of Cedary, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.0, released on July 21, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Cedary. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Cedary to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple. ### How do I delete my data? In Cedary, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device.
