Frost alerts are part of the Pro upgrade, so make sure you have upgraded and that notifications are allowed for Bonsaiku in the Settings app. ### How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device? Open Bonsaiku’s settings and look for a restore purchases option, then sign in with the same Apple account used for the original purchase. ### Why isn’t iCloud sync updating my trees on another device? Check that iCloud sync is turned on in Bonsaiku on both devices and that each device is signed into the same Apple account with iCloud enabled. ### How do I stop a reminder for a specific tree? Open the tree’s care rhythm for that task and turn it off or adjust its interval; a rhythm can also rest outside the growing season on its own. ### Why can’t I add a fourth tree? The free version tracks up to three trees; upgrading to Pro removes the limit so you can add your full collection. ### What is the latest version of Bonsaiku, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.1, released on September 4, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Bonsaiku. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I let Bonsaiku use the camera or my photos? Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera (or Photos) and turn on Bonsaiku. The pictures you attach stay in the app and are never sent to us. ### How do I export my data from Bonsaiku? Use the export option in Bonsaiku (PDF or CSV, depending on the feature), then choose where to send the file: Mail, AirDrop, Files… The file is created on your device; nothing goes through our servers. ### How do I delete my data? In Bonsaiku, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. To remove the copy kept in iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, select Bonsaiku and delete its data. ### Can I suggest a feature for Bonsaiku? Please do.
