Check that both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and have iCloud enabled for Baggd in Settings, since your log syncs privately through your own iCloud. ### How do I restore my Baggd Pro purchase on a new device? Open Baggd’s settings and look for a restore purchases option, then sign in with the same Apple Account you used originally. ### Why can’t I import a GPX file? GPX import is part of Baggd Pro, so make sure your purchase is active, then try importing the file again from the import option in the app. ### How do I export my logged peaks as CSV? Look for the export option in Baggd’s settings to generate a CSV file of everything you’ve logged, which is available in the free version. ### Why don’t I see the option to build a custom list? Custom lists are part of Baggd Pro, so this option appears once that purchase is active. ### Why is my certificate missing after I completed a list? Make sure every peak on the list is checked off with its own entry, since the certificate is generated once a list is fully complete. ### What is the latest version of Baggd, and how do I update? The latest version is 1.0, released on October 28, 2026. To update, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, pull down to refresh, then tap Update next to Baggd. You can also turn on automatic updates in Settings › App Store. ### How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Baggd to change or cancel your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple. ### How do I let Baggd use the camera or my photos? Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera (or Photos) and turn on Baggd. The pictures you attach stay in the app and are never sent to us. ### How do I delete my data? In Baggd, use the option to delete your data in the app’s settings, where available. Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. To remove the copy kept in iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, select Baggd and delete its data. ### Can I suggest a feature for Baggd? Please do.
